Abstract: This research analyzes the Pro-innovation Behavior Profile of government organizations in Poland from the perspective of e-government managers during the COVID-19 Pandemic in Poland, a post-transformation economy. We adopted the Pro-innovation Behavioral Profile of Organization Questionnaire from Barbosa et al. (2018) for data collection via a random online survey of 61 e-government managers. They worked at certification organizations representing the Certification Authority -providing e-services, verifying entities' identities (websites, email addresses, companies, or individuals), and binding them to cryptographic keys by issuing electronic digital certificates. E-government managers perceive their organization as supporting creativity, structure, and environmental factors that lead to innovation. Although leaders motivate proinnovation behavior in employees, the organization's culture could be more innovative. The main contribution of our study is the first adaptation and use of the PIB questionnaire to collect data from egovernment managers in Poland, a post-transformation economy. The results can support e-government managers and political leaders in shaping the Pro-innovation Behavioral Profile of government organizations. Collapse

Abstract: Attempts to valuate personality and personal brand in the digital economy face significant problems when it comes to the tools of such an activity. The main aim of this paper is to consider a personal token as the new means of personality valuation and to propose tools of its financial and network valuation. We applied financial analysis, content analysis, and statistical analysis, using data from the platform dedicated to personal token issuers. Financial valuation of personal tokens was performed using a modified Network Value to Transaction ratio (NVT). The personality types of the tokenised persons were determined based on Bartle’s Four Player Types model and the Big Five Personality Traits model. The issuers of personal tokens were grouped with a use of clustering analysis and the differences in score on personality traits were tested accordingly. Our results uncovered the novel means of personality and personal brand valuation which is a personal token and allowed us to differentiate two groups of personal token issuers based on their personality traits and activity profile. Abstract: Leadership is a key challenge of virtual teams. A particular leadership style, namely inspirational leadership, which is a sub-category of transformational leadership, has been found to be especially suited for the study of highly diverse teams. Virtual team leaders increasingly have to manage global virtual teams that contain members from different cultural backgrounds and value orientations. This study answers a call of incorporating the role of individual-level attributes and dispositions as moderators of inspirational leadership effects, considering cultural and individual values of followers in a virtual setting. Results reveal the importance of inspirational leadership influencing attitudinal outcomes (trust in leadership and cohesion). Furthermore, the effect of leadership is shown to be dependent on cultural as well as personal values of followers indicating the need to consider individual factors in the process of managing virtual teams.
